How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.


When will my order be shipped?

After processing, your order will be prepared for shipment and a confirmation email will be sent once the package has been dispatched.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Changes may only be possible before the order has been shipped.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with the situation.
